Cezar Projects

Cezar Mahmoud is a Lebanese social entrepreneur and the founder of Cezar’s Projects, a rural development and sustainable tourism initiative based in the Shouf. Through projects such as Farmville Barouk, he works to preserve local traditions, revive crafts and culinary heritage, support rural livelihoods, and create tourism experiences that connect visitors with the culture and communities of the region.
